I made a model with the intent to enter it into the Valentine’s Day Contest. I uploaded it yesterday (1/4/2025) and it was approved and I can find it with a search, so I know it is really there. But when I try to enter it into the contest, I get a message that says “During this contest period, you have not uploaded any models. Please make sure to upload your contest model first and then return to this page to enter the contest.” I actually uploaded two models yesterday. There is an upload button included on the screen with the message, but I don’t want to re-upload it. Any ideas on what is going on? Not a huge deal if I can’t enter it in the contest (I really don’t think it has a chance of winning anything), but it bugs me that I can’t enter it when I think I did everything correctly.
Is your model a remix?
Remixes are not eligible for contests.

valentines box says remix, and remixes aren’t elegible as far as i know. Just changing the name on things isnt very creative, they are looking for unique creative ideas
Actually, the rules state that remixes are not eligible for prizes. They don’t say that they cannot be entered. I realize that is a fine difference, but it seems like that is how they are administering it.

so manipulating points? gotcha seems like a bad idea to me… i think they should just make something unique instead
I don’t see how this is manipulating points. But I don’t disagree that isn’t the most original thing.
