Chamber temperature over heated

I have a H2C and have this error Chamber temperature malfunction [0300-8018 104611] The chamber heater 1 is abnormal. The heater is over temperature. I sent a support ticket yesterday and waiting for an answer. Can anyone help me solve this. I went to wiki for answers.

My H2D said this one time because the room was too warm (24C), so I put some fans and I do the same when printing ABS
