Hi, 3D printing newbie here.
I just printed this part with Bambu PLA White Marble at 0.16 Optimal. As you can see in the uploaded image(see little yellow arrows), it has a little sag at the layer corresponding to the top of the horizontal surface. What causes this and is the a way to prevent it?

Hi did you Calibrate your Filament? Try printing your 3d model vertically and slow down for overhangs
Yeah. That line is an artifact of the printing process. There are some things you can do to reduce it but it’s pretty much impossible to eliminate. Unless… I’d stand this on its end, rotated 90º. You may need supports for what will be the top of the opening, but assuming this model is symmetric, that’s a straight/flat edge and bridging might produce acceptable results without supports.
