Here in the EU, we are quite proud of our customer rights. But they are frequently misunderstood. Although 2 years are usually cited, really important are the first 6 months. If something breaks and is reported to the trader from whom the purchase was made within the first 6 months, it is generally assumed that the defect was present during purchase. Anytime after that, the customer needs to prove that the defect was pre-existing. And yes, the date counts. Submit the ticket 6 months and 1 second late, …
But even if everything fits, enforcing adherence to, for example, EU customer rights on a Chinese company is something not many would really want to embark on.

However, there’s no harm in asking nicely. Other than a possible denial and long waiting times or unhelpful responses due to Bambu’s customer support overload of course.
