How to get Live Chat Support

What i did was enabled AI support. After it gave me some information it asks if it was helpful. If you click the thumbs down, youll get a link to live chat. Hope this helps you all in the same support ticket boat.

Try it during Chinese working hours. It might show up then. And make sure when doing the AI support at the end when it asks if your questions was answered, do the thumbs down for no

There’s a live chat support? I am trying to get help help with Type W filament bonding to my prints or should I say fusing to the extreme lol Sadly I can’t even start a post let alone find a live chat.

It appears that live chat has disappeared and no amount of prompting the AI or down-voting the responses will get any option for reaching an actual human who can resolve the fact that my support ticket has received no useful response in over 3 weeks.
At this point completely disgusted by Bambu Labs as it is quite clear that this recall was badly handled from the beginning. Also clear that Bambu had no idea at all that they had laws and regulations to follow that they had no clue about.

Love “Office Space”. Don’t love BambuLabs and HATE being ignored. Just contacted the credit card company so there may be a chargeback in Bambu’s future. Or maybe a complaint to the Attorney General’s office.

Go for the chargeback first. You can always file a complaint, though I doubt the later will satisfactory solve your problem.

Kudos to you!!! If more folks would take the fight back to recalcitrant or in this case incompetent vendors, we’d likely see less BS of this type. But most people just say Baaaahhhh like good little sheep. :ram:

After another day of no reply from Bambu I’m afraid I have no choice so now my attempt to file a chargeback with my bank will be followed by a complaint to the Texas Attorney General’s office for Bambu’s business practices. There is no excuse for ignoring customers for months at at time and it is not the customer’s fault that Bambu is short staffed. Bambu could have hired a professional call center to document and respond to customer issues but, as with everything else about this recall, it feels like they thought they could just sort of slide by with no attempt to do things legally or properly. In hindsight I never should have even contemplated accepting a replacement bed.

You’ll win the CC complaint because Bambu doesn’t even respond to those either.

It does not work and the GD email rejects. Gmail tells me it doesn’t exist.

So far I am not impressed with support. I am not impressed with the glass lid either for my P1S. It slipped out of my hand and fell 25 mm to the corner of the printer and effing shattered into hundreds of pieces.

People need help if they spend this much money damn it.

Help ordering a new glass top?

I am in the same boat except they are responding, sorta. They keep sending me new parts and telling me to replace them. I now bought new parts for a different machine that they are telling me to use on the broken one and they will “refund me if this works”. I don’t want a GD refund for things I bought for a different machine. At this point I am afraid a chargeback won’t work because it was 4 months ago that I bought the machine, but I may just have to try. They have delayed and delayed responding to my ticket so that months have gone by. I have to wonder if this isn’t the idea… delay until any warrantee has expired and the CC company won’t issue a chargeback. :frowning:

I was able to contact live chat by going to the chat bot, and instead of selecting a topic, i just typed in ‘live chat hours’, and it gave me a link to the live chat along with their hours. I can comment on how fast they respond though, because apparently I joined to cue just minutes before they closed the support department down for the day. At the time of posting, the live chat is open 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM UTC + 8. For people in EST, that’s 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM
