Did I just get Scamed?

Hey just got a question here…

I ordered my Printer and a lot of filament on this website got a order number and 2 tracking numbers one is FedEx one is UPS. So far so good a big order will be split up makes sense now it said I have a guarantied delivery on the dec 28. I hired the shipping receiving guy to be there and I left the country for 2 Days during travel I didn’t have service but once I did I was informed that nothing showed up from Bambu Lab. FedEx is here almost every day & UPS comes at least 1x a week to.
I needed this machine to finish a job and ship it on the 29 but that didn’t happen do to no show and now I’m loosing money big times.
The reason I bought this machine is do to it’s fast ship times so I could finish the job but turns out they failed big times or I got scamed.

Can someone tell me if this is a official website and where I can contact the right person to get this figured out?
If one parcel sowed up and the other didn’t I would get it but both no show is concerning.

Do you know of a good company that sells a decent printer that ship next day air so I can have something here quick?
Any input is appreciated
Thanks

Isn’t it easier to have someone else print it for you?

It would be but just the wrong time of the year right now :see_no_evil:

Isn’t your issue with FedEx and UPS then?

I doubt Bambu Lab ships at service levels with guaranteed delivery dates, but you could certainly reference your package tracking information to locate your packages.

People seriously need to stop with their “Did i get scammed?!?” mentality if the slightest thing doesn’t go as planned.

How about you check your tracking?
How about you contact fedex?
How about you contact UPS?
How about you contact bambulab?

The next scam will be when the OP receives the printer and finds out it’s not a simple as plugging it in and clicking a few buttons

Yes it would be up to FedEx and UPS but I was wondering if I ordered from there correct official website or not. Got Scamed 2x bevor Christmas with websites that have just a couple letters different than the official one just wondering it this is Scam#3

Have you ever used a FedEx or UPS tracking number to find a package that hasn’t been delivered yet? Start at the start.

Expecting as someone new to 3d printing to buy a printer, expect it to be delivered on time during the holidays and to print and ship a part in 24 hours is a plan fraught with failure and naivety. Some people have to learn the hard way. Happy new year!

How do I contact BambuLab? That is my question in this post I tried to open a ticket but there are no options for my case

Could not get a hold of FedEx they where closed already until Jan 02 but UPS in the location where the parcel supposed to be do not have the parcel and say it is not with them that’s all I know. I can not afford to wait until next year to find out that i ordered from the wrong website and wait another 2 weeks for the next printer

who says I’m new to 3d printing? I’m only new to bambulab

If you were a veteran of 3d printing you would have printed the parts on one of your other printers?

If you login to the Bambu store, it will tell you if your ordered has been fulfilled or not.
If it doesn’t say “fulfilled” your order hasn’t shipped yet.

I’m in the USA, your link is to the Canada store, I have no idea what their shipping process is like.

New theory then. I think you were scammed by your shipping receiving guy.

Thank you so much for your help @lion7718 .
I just logged in to the website and under order it says:

You haven’t placed any orders yet

I checked my credit card and money is gone and I got 3 confirmation emails

I clicked on the link you provided and it took me to the official website.

@TinkerThom thank you for your help. Appreciated

did you accidentally make multiple accounts?

And how about your shipping receiving guy? I bet he’s nowhere to be found too, right? All signs point to him I think.
