I’m getting ready to redeem my first couple of gift cards and was wondering if you have to spend them before a certain date?

Valid for one year after redemption
As long as you have used it by then, you are good.
You can use part of a gift card and the balance remains.

While this is true, I would not recommend using more than 50 in a single order if you want a proper invoice. It seems that the ‘paid by customer’ value maxes out at 2000 Euros.

New Gift Cards have a new 10-year expiration, no changes will be made to expiry periods for any previous cards issued with a single-year period.
Essentially, any with a one-year stay as they were, with new cards gain the ten-year expiration.
In 10y you will probably get a silicone sock with the 40€ with this inflation.
