Does anyone know what HMS_ERR_0300_0c00_0001_0004 is?

I have the code on continuously now. I have turned the machine on and off and it is still scrolling across the console.

The printer seems to be working fine. I just printed another model.

I have looked through the wiki, both searching with wiki search and with google site search (which provided much better results). I cannot find any info for this error.

I did find that there are no error codes listed in the P1P user manual. There is a section in the X1 troubleshooting section with errors but that is all.

Hi julie777,

You can try these two things to see if you have any luck. Maybe it’s a new firmware code and they havent added it to the database.

But these two codes might be something to do with it and it would still print ok and easy to do.

Hi,

The error is as follows:

“An external disturbance was detected on force sensor 3. The heatbed plate may have touched something outside the heatbed.”

I recommend checking the heatbed knobs and ensure they are not too tight. You can follow this guide: Manual Bed Leveling / Manual Bed Tramming | Bambu Lab Wiki.

Hi Ciprian,

I had seen the force sensor code so is the OAOO sensor 1 and OCOO is sensor 3 ?

I did not know if this error code would still allow it to print I guess so.

Can we get all error codes added to the list?

If they are all in one source file, with descriptions, then that could be posted raw. It would be easy to keep updated and users care more about being able to find the information than how pretty it is.

I had tried turning off the printer and turning it back on yesterday and the error was still there. Today I turned it off to check under the bed for the sensors and when I turned it back on the error was cleared. I went ahead and ran the calibration any way.

In addition, the error code definition file should be shared with Bambu Studio so that it can show the error name and explanation, instead of just the code.

More error codes are added gradually to the Wiki, firmware, and apps when all the integration is ready.
Until then, we cannot share all the codes as it would cause more confusion.

So this is a new code in this firmware version?

BTW, documenting errors that will not be produced would not be confusing. No one would be looking for them. Getting an error that cannot be looked up and is just a number is more than confusing. It is a problem that can cause extra support requests for BBL.

Thanks for your suggestion, but as I mentioned, more error codes will be implemented over time. Until then, if there’s a problem, please open a ticket or a thread and we will assist.

Hi, I too have had the same problem for a couple of days, some prints are able to start and sometimes not … if I avoid plate leveling it always seems to work but I would like to keep the self-leveling function active.
In the wiki there is no reference to this error, I hope a solution will be added soon to fix it permanently

I have the same problem but no problem with printing. Only when trying to print ASA filament, not for PLA.
I Have a Bambu Labs X1C.

What can I do ?

I had the same error message. I resolved it by removing a piece of filament on the printbed that i hadn’t seen.
