I created a ticket about missing print profiles on the Chinese site for one of my models.
From ticket to resolution was just 34 hours.
My printer is still lost somewhere in a DPD depot, having reported it 4 weeks ago and customer support have gone out of their way to provide less than zero support.
Another week and ticket update from me yesterday demanding they do something or I get solicitors and ombudsman involved.
Call it a coincidence if you like (I don’t), but, today I have been told my replacement printer for the one DPD lost at their depot has been shipped.
Being told something by BL is like believing in Santa, I need evidence first!
It has been 4 and a half weeks since I made the ticket, 6 weeks since I ordered the printer, 5 weeks since DPD changed my delivery instructions from from my home to a random and distant pick up point (given I am very disabled and haven’t left my home in just under 5 years that wasn’t funny).
During large periods of silence, the ticket was escalated 3 times which had the effort of making no change to its priority.
I was sent a form from DPD I had to fill in to confirm I never received the parcel, both DPD and BL knew it had been lost in their depot, yet I had to document it hadn’t materialised out of thin air somehow!
That form was presented in German, they never sent an English version. I was left to track down an English version so they had no more excuses for delaying tactics.
I have no idea how long the replacement will take, they have said a few days. Considering stock in the U.K. for the A1 mini combo is not due until the 27th, so, where is mine being plucked from?
Hopefully, I will be able to finally hand over the printer the school chose when I offered to donate one 7 weeks ago and in time for Christmas!
I was waiting for a parcel…being delivered by DPD on a Sunday…from Ikea (10 45L boxes). My computer is in the hall, way under the stairs…so less than 10 feet away, and when I checked, it said miss delivery. I was 10 feet away plus got ring doorbell, which showed no one came near it.
Hope you get your printer soon, mate… I got my printer from 3D Prima Technology UK LTD (November 2024) came next day…plus I did a warranty claim and they sorted it for me as well…
DPD are one of the worst.
They lost my next-door neighbour’s package yesterday.
They have channels on YouTube dedicated to their drivers committing every type of driving offence.
One I saw had the driver run over an elderly woman he handed a package to, so he knew she was there, reversed into her, ran her over, and drove off until a woman ran out screaming who had seen the incident from her home. The driver got out, said he did nothing wrong, returned to his van and left the accident scene.
She was under the whole van!
Fxxk me did not know they were that bad… except for this delivery, they have been spot…

The printer and AMS finally turned up today!
Just 46 days after the original order and 39 days after the delivery partner, DPD lost it in their depot.
There was no need for the continued radio silence, the three apparent escalations made no change in the outcome.
The assistance of Webchat did nothing.
The demand for a written statement of the package never came anywhere near me despite both BL & DPD having evidence that it never left the DPD depot was useless. Being supplied in German and no English version ever provided was likely just another stalling tactic.
It took threats of solicitors and the ombudsman and 24 hours a new one was shipped and 24 hours later it was delivered.
The appalling customer service was even worse than normal.
