I have been printing a large format flat print for a couple of months now. Basic Black and White BamBu filaments both in PLA while in development and PETG for production. All printed on Textured PEI plates. Early prints went as expected but lately [this last 2 weeks since the last upgrade] the Flow dynamic calibration control has lost its mind! Suddenly in mid spools the surface has gone from smooth to pine trees and Valleys.
Is there a maintenance option to remedy this? I have gotten a message about the lidar lease needing cleaning and cleaned it, to no avail.
Additional evidence of poop gone stringy and mixed in color. Not tight little balls anymore.
Interesting, but not the problem. Back is fine. However the dynamic flow control problem is still a problem. I am beginning to think it is a tired AMS. as long as it prints in one color it is fine, but when it starts swapping between colors chaos ensues.
