Is there a way to erase files (one at the time or in groups) from sd card , other than taking it out from the printer and putting it manually to the computer?

yes you can do this direct on your printer one by one.
Tap and hold the file and than delete.
Or you can connect by ftp (We can now connect to FTP on the P1P) an edit an your conputer.
