Ok, so here’s the event that lead to this post. Started up a print and turned around to do some modeling. I normally check the first layer, and follow the printer by sound until I can hear it putting down that first layer. 10 minutes go by and I realize somethings not right. I turn around and see th…

Stupid question. Did you factory reset the machine? I find it helps after replacing any of the boards. In all fairness, you got unlucky with the Chinese holiday.

@Fonant , You are correct, it did pull the USB-C cable stop out of the X-Axis motor mount housing. I checked the motor and the belt. I removed the X-Axis housing and did a visual inspection. The belt isn’t missing any teeth and the belt doesn’t have any ware, tears, or rub marks. Without power th…

Hello really sorry to post this but can someone explain how to make a post on this forum. I can’t seem to find a post or new topic button. I’m new to 3d printing and I really need to join the community for guidance, thanks

Dear Bambu Lab 3D printer user, Thank you for reaching out to our Bambu Lab Support team. I’m sorry for not getting back to you promptly. Thank you for providing such detailed information. Based on the log information, the printer has an MC‑TH communication issue, and the signal from the extrude…

yeah it’s for sure going to be the USB cable. I actually damaged a y belt when my hand was on the table and I stupidly leaned forward to look at the printer… then the bed on my A1M shot forward, hit my arm and the belt skipped. There is a distinct difference between belt skipping, and the stepper …

My two biggest concerns are the USB-C plug on the toolhead, and the z-axis sensor. both are major components for the toolhead. Everything on the tool head is an easy replacement, it just bothers me that something that is so obvious as the cable/tubes getting hooked on the gantry hasn’t been spotted …
