Mapping Table error. Tried reboot, tried reloading filament. tried a few other things. Once the other printers finish current prints I will try swapping AMS to see if issue follows. Its on a P1P
I can’t say exactly what order was needed to fix this issue. Here is what I did:
- I upgraded to P1S FW version 1.08 as prescribed. I restarted the printer.
- The system would not go past the heatbed warmup. After a bit, I would get the AMS mapping failure.
- I swapped SD cards and copied the 1.07 upgrade to the new card. I downgraded the system. I then copied 1.08 to the SD card and upgraded again.
- I reset the system using the front panel
- I used the offline upgrade to version 1.08… again.
- I uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version of the Bambu software
Many failures were in between these steps, but I condensed them to make it easier. It’s likely I took steps that weren’t needed, but I listed them all in case picking and choosing doesn’t work.
Best of Luck,
Dave
I started getting this about a week ago after a firmware update
P1P v01.08.00.00
AMS v00.01.06.62
Any time I start a project, it downloads, preheats, then times out with the AMS mapping table error.
If I stop the project, then go in to print history in the Handy App, all I have to do is reprint the cancelled project, and everything works fine.
Super annoying, but that workaround has worked reliably a couple dozen times now.
