I was getting this error after every filament/color change (four color job). It happened about 10 times in a row. I Took it apart cleaned everything and changed nozzles a couple of times but could not get rid of the issue. I then noticed another error message that said “AMS communication error”. I unplugged the AMS from the printer, Sprayed the plug end and the receptacle with CRC contact cleaner. Haven’t had an issue since.
