One of my units has a fan that I think is going bad. If I start drying it starts making a lot of noise for a minute or two then it goes to normal.

That’s likely a dying fan bearing, best to put in a support ticket, they’ll either replace it if you’re still under warranty or they’ll like you to the correct fan in the Bambu store.
Now that I’ve heard your video, it could actually be some debris in the fan.
