Filament broken off in AMS Lite

I went to print on my A1 mini and when changing filament came up with error saying “could not pull back filament”. I can see filament is broken off in tube and other end came out onto spool. I don’t know how to get tubes off to get broken filament out. Any help would be much appreciated.

I fixed it, worked out that you have to push collar down while pulling tube out.
