After doing the most recent firmware update, I am unable to send my prints to the SD card, unable to get any timelapse and it is just running terribly slow.
I have done a factory reset, reseated and reformatted the card, yet I am still having these issues…any advice would be great. Thank you.
Have you tried to go back to the previous version ?
AtomicSloth44>Have you tried to turn it of and on again?
tweety55> Now that’s an interesting idea. But how do you actually do it? I’ve not found any option for firmware downgrading in X1C menus.
I did try to do that, it hung up on multiple attempts…stopping each time at 1%
I have issues as well. Mine seems like the z offset is too high. My first layer is ■■■■ now after being perfect since 8/22. I tried reverting back to the previous version but its still the same. Nothing sticks and I can see the large gap from the nozzle tip to the bed
This has been a fix for several occurrences.
Thank you for the detailed list, I will try those and post my results.
After following your list…I am back up to printing (thank you)…yet, I am unable to get a timelapse video off of it…they show as recorded, yet when opened/downloaded…there is nothing there…I’ve tried different codecs and still no luck.
Any suggestions?
Glad to hear that i was able to help you.
The camera and video viewing one I can not help you with just now. I rarely look at the time lapse, and I am away from home…again…not sure when I will be back.
I might be able to have someone turn on the printer and login from work and see if I can get them. Hopefully someone else will chime in.
In the meantime I recommend that you start a new thread on the issue, be sure to note that you had problems logging in and getting it to work.
