First layer not good on Bambulap P1P

Settings are Original , Unchanged. does anyone have an idea where the error is

Some people find the P1P pressure advance K value gets set to something huge and stupid.

I don’t have a P1P to know how to inspect or set that value.

How is the adhesion? It has got to stick well to produce any quality work.

the liability is correct, the supplied benchy and all other sample files are printed perfectly

Unfortunately, calibrating the k-value does not work in the German software. I have tested different values with no change.

The print you are getting is exactly what I would expect from a large pressure advance K value.

I suggest you export the g-code for the failing print and see what the M900 commands look like.

Thanks for the help, I’m still very new to 3d printing. I still own the Vyper and the Mega pro from Anycubic, which I get along with very well. G-Code is also clear to me, but I’m not sure how to edit the one I call at bambu. My K value is 0.200. If I enter 0.20 there, it automatically becomes 0.200.
Greetings

When I try to determine the k-value via cali, I cannot enter the settings for the filament and the data for temperature / maximum volumetric velocity. the entries via the keyboard do not work in the German software! Greetings

Where can I find the M900? Machine G code?

When you have sliced the print the file menu has Export | Export G-code which will save the g-code. The file is just text so you can look at it with notepad or another editor and search for M900.

A K of 0.2 is ten times too big. For PLA is should be around 0.02 to 0.04.

@mbaumis

Set the language to english in bambu studio, then you will be able to do the calibration

Thanks for the tip, I’ve already tried to change the language with a new installation, but it keeps getting installed in German. Can you change the language in the program and if so, how? greeting

Thank you very much that helps me a lot. :ok_hand: :ok_hand:

That was very good advice, the problem is solved. Now I just have to do the fine adjustment, I’ll just test it. Have a nice day :grinning: :grinning: :ok_hand: :+1:

I hope the shortcuts in the software are independent of language: press Strg-P and you get to the Preference settings page. There you can change the language.

Great, that works perfectly, thank you :+1: :+1: :+1:

Die Einstellungen sind unter “Vorlieben”

Got everything under control, now the printer runs great, nice print image and fast. and I learned something again!
Thanks a lot for your help

:grinning: :+1:
