Do you know the sale prices on filaments at least are NOT working?
The sale promises £11.99 per roll if you order 8+, there are nine in the image and they cost MORE than before the sale actually started.
This morning I could have bought them for £13.99 each, now IN THE SALE they are £15.99.
What is going wrong?
This problem is occurring in all country stores.
As far as I can work out, only the 8+ discount is added, but, it requires the 4+ discount as well which is not being added.
It should show
4+ discount added
8+ discount added
It only adds
This means it is MORE expensive to buy filaments during the sale than before it started.

Same here on the EU store with a load of PLA matte refils in the cart
Appears to be the same issue in the US store.
Same in Canada Store, also the free spools discount isn’t added.
The free spools may not show up on the list as I think they will throw them in the boxes when shipped. I don’t think the receipt will show them listed as a free item.
This gives them no obligation or provides us with any expectation that their promise will be guaranteed at purchase.
I also understood the spools will be added as gifts, so they will not show up in the checkout

Some of us use words, and some pictures, I should have used pictures!

It’s either fixed now or I didn’t notice when I originally looked, but the price of $12.99 a spool is correct at checkout.

I was just about to say the same. I have noticed they fixed it.
ONLY the discount shown on each line entry WAS shown.
In the past 10 minutes, the extra discount was added at the bottom.
At 1 pm, the total of 10 filaments was £159.90, this did not include the discount.
Now, the total of 10 filaments is £119.90, this DOES include the discount.
I have gone through the whole checkout to payment and gift cards and it is now working.
There is no confirmation of any free reusable spools for those with that question.
I ordered 21 refills, which means 5 reusable spools for free. Is anyone going to hold their breath?
I also ordered another AMS, for anyone who knows how badly that went last time, cross your fingers for me, please.
Did you use a credit card to pay for it ?
If so, contact your card issuer and ask them to issue a chargeback for the missing goods. You have to wait a few weeks after order placement to allow the good to arrive, but you’ve likely reached that point.
Everything fine here too.
You missed the keyword, NOW.
That is the way to do it.

I received my delivery today. Unfortunately, they forgot the “free” spool.
I just received my delivery of 21 filaments, despite this meaning I qualify for 5 reusable spools, I provided zero!!
They are still selling the reusable spools so they clearly have stock.
Looks like that was broken when you did your original order because now that I try to order 4 refills, the free spool automatically gets added to the cart.

Thanks for that, I will add it to my ticket.
I am so sick of this constant incompetence.
Vote and share over here, I want to know how many others have been robbed.
On Monday I order another AMS and 21 refill filaments in the sale.
I chose refills due to the offer of one free reusable spool per four refill filaments ordered. This is capped at 5 free reusable spools per order.
My order of 21 refills qualifies for 5 reusable spools.
Yet I received none!
The qualifying rules are
You get one reusable spool per 4 purchased filament refills
Max of 5 reusable spools per order
While stocks last
How I qualified.
I ordered 21 filaments, that equates to 5 fre…
