Front roller in #1 slot Squeeking

AMS slot #1 front roller squeeks loudly, took filament out and discovered that the left side bearing on this roller is apparently bad, when you spin it, it squeeks.
I have spare rollers and bearings, but can not find replacement instructions in the wiki. Can anyone tell me where the replacement instructions are in the Wiki?

Look for AMS Active Support Shaft Assembly.
