FTS before I take it out any view

Hi

I have read through all the FTS posts I can find so one last view before i take it out

H2D with 4 ams pro 2 though 2 4:1 splitters - all good, no errors, everything happy

Added FTS , leaving all tube lengths i had before the same and just added two to the FTS output as per instructions

immediate moans about tension etc, brought new BL tubes and shortened to compensate for the FTS but still error, tried taking out the 4:1 as a test still error, removed FTS no errors.

it feels like a cumulative issue, the system is sensitive and the 4:1, extra tubes and FTS seem to just push it over the edge of what it will accept

any final ideas before just take it out as a write off?

Just from my experience, it’s likely the filament path. You have a bend or something it doesn’t like. I have 3 AMS 2P’s and 1 HT going to my H2C without issues through the FTS.

I guess the experience with the H2D could be different? I have not installed an FTS on my H2D, I typically don’t use more than 2 materials with it.

Did you install the PTFE guides on each AMS?
