Try a different location on the build plate. Or leave this where it is and rotate it 180º (so the hole positions are swapped).
If it still happens to the same hole, there’s something different about that hole the slicer isn’t handling right.
If it doesn’t happen to the same hole, you got unlucky and put that hole right on top of a small depression in the build plate.
If you strike out on all these things, slow the first layer way down. That’s not a fix, obviously, but it might at least let you successfully print the part.
