Must be an error because other regions still have them. At least i want to believe it’s an error but coming from @MakerWorld i really don’t know anymore in what to believe

Still available in Canada

Germany is missing too. If this is real, it would be great if they gave us a deadline to redeem points…

Pretty sure it’s just a bug, like when they “sell out” they should be back when someone rolls back the latest deployment

It is only present in Canada, Australia, China and Global

Sad stuff. I’m too broke to buy holiday decorations and have been printing them, just got enough points today to get another $40 gift card and get some more mistletoe green PLA, only to find the gift card was removed like 20 minutes before I tried to redeem it :frowning:

Yeah, also missing in EU shop…

It’s just strange that there has been no communication about this.

I think (and hope) @h3li0 is correct and it’s just a bug.

There are still available on the Australian, Chinese and global store.
And on the Chinese store there are many different amounts of gift cards. Idk if it was already there before.
But maybe they are updating the gift cards by adding multiple ones with different value amount :man_shrugging:

I hope they will come back because I don’t have enough of them for their next printer ^^`

As I read in previous threads on the forum, the redeem voucher option seems to come and go, likely due to some budgeting issues.

There are often sold out. But here the item is completely missing from the listing. We’ll see how this will evolve

Whilst I have faith that it will return, I’m still panicking a little! (And hoping they will add a $400 gift card option)

To all great things, must come to an end.

Although all of MakerWorld has been working on building up a savings for card redemptions, nothing was going to last forever.

I remember months back @MakerWorld did specify that they were indeed going to fully rebuild the reward system and that could be either for the better or worse.

They asked awhile back what kind of rewards we would want to see and honestly I’d rather have more physical rewards be implemented. The money blasted MakerWorld ahead every platform and generated the models hosted here by 10 fold. Now that it’s established and quite honestly out of its “beta” imo. We should be redeeming points for tangible items such as filaments, spare parts, maker kits and accessories. I get that you spend your $40 gift card on those items as well by choice but making the item a redeeming option secludes the need for any fake profile/account to steal models for gain.

I’d much rather select a build plate for 365 points and I’m done

Stop panicking, lol.

Last contest was delayed, MakerSupply rewards are late. Then they changed the verification process, and it was bugged (people got their gift card immediately without verification). Their staff is overwhelmed right now, they even said it in the christmas contest post.

I’m 99.9% confident it’s either a bug or they had to remove them to fix bugs. Maybe someone exploited the system over the weekend.

I still think this is an error or a way for makerworld to see how we, the users, react to this as a test.

There are people that were slowly getting their points to get their dream printer. I am one of those that is trying for a long time to get a X1C and i can’t deny it. If that’s gone, then i have no more use case for the points except for filament or some hardware but even then i have no way to spend them because i don’t “burn” that much of filament from Bambu because of their price and recent downgraded quality.

Let’s see, but it sure is strange that China has them and also with different values. Canada had them also but since a few hours they are also gone. Welp, going to move to China i guess
