That was some timing! I had just redeemed points for two gift cards and bought filament with them a few days ago on sale. It’s set to arrive today.
Hopefully they fix a few things but don’t abandon points or rewards. Doubt I’ll front filament and parts if there’s not rewards of some kind to make it worthwhile.
Agreed, that make no sense to update their validity to 10 years just to remove them completely the next month.

They said before. They are lacking manpower, they are also at Formnext in Frankfurt and they must had to dispose of more manpower for that. All of that can be seen, at least from my side, because for 3 weeks none of my reports went through and i want to believe is due to the lack of manpower indeed.
Me wanting to believe many things, me also realizing that something is about to change. It could also be the reason why since 3 or 4 days those ai guys that were discussed in the other topic, didn’t upload new models and went to printables instead 
Interesting, I didn’t thought about that.
Maybe it’s on purpose then. They will probably give a sneak pick on their new products and want to avoid a gift card redeeming rush. We’ll see.

I don’t think it will be coming so soon and i only wish for an enclosed corexy printer with a generous size (more than 300x300 at least), to be honest. I print some exotic materials most of the time and that would be great. But expecting that the “Apple” of 3d printers will release their next lineup with a good price is like saying that the iphone 16 was a big jump in technology… it wasn’t
Let’s see i don’t think the next generation will be such a departure from the x1c as it’s being hyped with the vague statements , therefore don’t expect the price to be as high as some rumours state either
the x1c is great, i love it and it’s still rocking after a big amount of printing hours, i do want to go bigger though, so that’s what im expecting to come, if it then has 2 tool heads that’s great, if not it’s okay too
Make it 350x350x350 and they have my money if… and only if… they change the way they behave with their customers. There are some big sized printers coming next year from what i know and shown on Formnext (will be there tomorrow for preparations but a “friend” already told me some cool stuff). Bambu will be a small player there, compared with what other companies are going to show, by the looks of it. Better they step up and fast
ah nice, i got an invite to go, but i couldn’t coordinate with my day job, so will miss it unfortunately, maybe next year
yeah competition is great, it not only brings innovation but also brings prices to a more competitive level, so it’s good to see what is coming, you need to do a summary thread when you get back with the more interesting things you see there
It’s a shame you couldn’t come. Maybe we meet up next year. For me it’s a 2 hour trip so it’s not a big deal
I will try and see what can i say or show since i am going as a “professional” and not as a visitor. I can’t disclose that much information, sadly. The company has a NDA agreement because they will also be there showing some things related to forming, but for more professional use.

To be fair, that isn’t something anyone can fix in a day. It is and will always be an ongoing cat and mouse game.
It’s true. And i also agree. This takes time, if they really want to control it. Sometimes we just have to agree to disagree so we can agree
And besides, those cases, where some people game the system with AI, are being called out since 2023 already on social networks and that alone shows that it should be taken care of and also that people do not support that.
Let time do it’s thing and maybe it will all work out in the end
