Gift cards 10 years valid now

Good, you’re gonna need all that filament for my next release

I am down to 161 spools.

Will that cover it, I have another order pending.

Full ones, or partially used? I’ve got a hundred something as well, but they’re mostly quarter to half full

Full.

As it is with @Josh-3D you need to come fully stocked for his projects.

I have around 50 open ones right now.

You are one of those people I get it, the world is half full. I am one of those “someone stole my stuff” people.

Me personally, I’m more of a the cup is too large for the amount of liquids it is holding, type.

Incidentally, I did semi-run out of filament this past week. Well, of the colors I was using.

I find the gift cards to be lightly frustrating. I wish we could get larger sizes, as I think that’d make it easier to manage. I wish there was an easier way to check the status of cards. As far as I’m aware, I just have the redemption history tab on Makerworld, but that doesn’t help if I’m looking for a specific card.

I imagine for any large enough designer, we’ve all come across the same myriad of issues of juggling those things. Although it could be made easier all around even for people getting just one or two here. It’d be nice if there was even just a simple indicator that if a card has already been used, without having to click in to check the status.

I imagine they believe this is what we should use the Notes app for. I use that to list them and note any due balance.

I agree, but I don’t find it too bad.
I usually replace any ones I’ve used, and otherwise redeem in increments of $200 so it’s not hard to keep track of about how much I have and then go to page X based on that. Then its just a couple clicks to check If I have a half used one or something.

Strangely I still can’t seem to redeem any today either. Still says I;ve reached the limit. I’ll try again tomorrow and see, maybe is moved to a rolling week.

It’s a shame that gift cards already purchased are not also extended to 10 years, which by the way shouldn’t be a big deal or even any kind of loss for Makerworld. In terms of boost points, Makerworld also corrected all boosts after the fact when they increased the value from 11 to 12 in the Eurozone. Hence my question as to why a corresponding adjustment is not made here?

Quite agree! No response from @MakerWorld on this issue as yet??

Have yall tried submitting a ticket? Cause my friend was saving it up for the new printer but his cards was about to expire.
To my knowledge he submitted a ticket and they extended it to 10 years

Good suggestion, can’t hurt to ask I suppose. I will feed back if I get a response that way. Thanks

OK so Bambu Makerworld support got back to me in a day or two saying that they would look to extend the expiry dates of all my Gift Cards if I provided the last four digits of each…but that it may take some time to action the change.

Well I did just that (sending info for all 63 gift cards!!) and after a week or so they just got back to me confirming they have updated the expiry dates to 10yrs instead of 1yr which is great

Only minor issue is that they said this may not be reflected on the website, and indeed they still show 1yr expiry there so will have to assume they have indeed been successful.
