Therefore, I don’t know the dimensions of the original nut.
Could someone please send me the dimensions?

I think Jerry is conflating resolution with precision - higher TPI is higher resolution, and technically higher TPI also correlates with less backlash and therefore better precision, but to your point, precision can be achieved with high fit precision regardless of TPI.
That should work at least for the front 2 leadscrews that you can easily access from the top but you’ll have to unscrew a bit from the bottom to install it on the rear leadscrew.
And if you have to do that for the rear, you’ll have access to the others defeating the need to change the locations of the nuts.
Do you use the original failed nuts to screw your top screws into or do you place a spacer below the new nut secured from the bottom?
Have you drilled 2 new holes (or elongated the holes) …
I’ve seen all that, but I want to solve it differently.
That seems to be a very shallow nut. It wouldn’t surprise me that it wears quickly.
When I installed 16mm tall aftermarket pom nut on my H2D, I was worried there might have been a reason Bambu use such a thin nut. But it appears Bambu could have used thicker nuts, because my machine has been without issue.
