Please let the team allow a HUGE POOL of beta testers so that I can be lucky enough… XD
Soo looking forward to filament locking my nozzles. Fingers crossed it is in there.
Awesome! Just opened it up in the slicer. Preparation .com!! ![]()
I made the mistake of updating today to the newest version of software and it wiped out my printer and the settings. Since I’m at work, I was going to try and print some stuff, but now I have to be on the same network to find the PIn or access code. AAAAAHHHH. i hate updates like this that don’t save your settings. I need to put a sign on my Bambu H2C to never do another update ever again - at least away from home!!!![]()
Noooo!! I don’t wish that on my worst enemy. Just wait til you get yourself a robot that can look at the screen while you’re away. I think all printers should come with two cameras, one to see the time lapse print and one that hovers over the printer’s physical screen, along with a robot of course.
Hope you’re able to get back up an running without a major hassle when you get home.
I have multiple AMSs attached to my H2C, with one tube about 2ft longer than the others. To be honest, the length of the PTFE tube doesn’t change anything substantially. The AMS2 moves filament pretty fast.
The only thing I have found makes a difference with the tube lengths is for abrasives. My ams hts do not like feeding pa6-cf through long tubes.
I purchased the track switch on day 1 as well for my h2c. I made the mistake of not picking up the birdseye camera for my h2d when it was announced in the beta firmware and now finding one of those is impossible. Hopefully I will be in the beta pool to test this switcher out!!!
More likely they will come out with the “H2Y” machine before the firmware for the rotary attachment
I’m laughing but I’m l think you are telling the truth. I had the track switch sitting on the H2C glass for a week thinking that the firmware would be out this week. I finally put it in the drawer today. LOL
Sign me up for beta and I’d ordered the track switcher.
There’s no point in signing up for the beta right now, since there isn’t one yet. Many people are waiting for the beta to be released. It’s supposed to be in early May.
Hello,
We are already almost in the middle of May. Is there any news?
All news is published here. There is no other news source. There is also no news at this time.
The wait is over ![]()
Are you kidding me? April Fools is over… Don’t play like this… I’m about to stop my current print mid-print!! Nothing yet on my side but this will give me time to print the holding bracket for the filament track switch for the H2C.
I know this may be a stupid question but is the Public Beta on github so we can manually install the update?
I suggest waiting for the print to be completed ![]()
The Beta rollout is gradually released.
Thank You! I know you’ve been working hard on this ![]()
Can I use the filament track switch and an external spool with the H2C (without routing filament through the switch), or do I need to disconnect the switch?
Hi there… From what I just read in the FAQ for the FTS and the H2C, you will not be able to route the External Spool through the FTS. You would in essence need to disconnect output Port A or Port B coming from the FTS and going into the Right or Left nozzle and feed the External spool directly by disconnecting the one of those output ports from the FTS.
