From a hardware perspective, you’ll just need a multi-inlet solution immediately before the printer’s orange PTFE inputs. Most basic would be a 4 into 1 connector, but there are other options. I’m using this solution for mine: Dual Inputs for H2C/D - UPDATED - Free 3D Print Model - MakerWorld
I enabled beta firmware but haven’t gotten it after a day. I have the filament track and can’t use it without the beta.
Hi, it takes about 24 hours to receive the beta after you have signed up for the beta program. However, I waited for 24 hours initially and did not receive the beta so I reached out to SupportAssist and provided my Bambu Lab (Bambu Printer/Handy) ID and they added my name to the list. I received the Beta version about 12 hours after they added my name.
If you haven’t signed up for the Beta program, do that first before reaching out to the Bambu Support Assist team.

How do you do that, on my H2C when the switch is connected I have no longer the option to select external spool, at least in handy or the printer menu to reprint a past model. I haven’t tried studio yet but I have to disconnect the switch to select external spool again.
I know it’s a little off topic, however I have also bought the filament track switch for my H2C. Should be arriving tomorrow. However, looking at the mounts, the tube guides dont work for me due to my AMS being in a stacker and each tray that holds the AMS, has a 10mm lip at the rear. This means the tube guides wont sit flush. Unfortunately, I dont really know how to adjust something like that in Blender or any other software. Has anyone seen or possibly have any tube guide alternatives?
Voodoo, apologize for the late response. I initially used the routing tubes for my first setup but have since abandoned them completely. Although they do provide an optimal path for the filament tube to route up and out of the AMS, I like you, don’t have a setup that fully accommodates the routing tubes.
What I will tell you, however, is that you will need to make sure your tubes coming from the AMS have a clean flow and going into the FTS has a clean entry. After the new firmware updates that support the FTS, I had to do some rearranging because for some reason it appears that the firmware caused my AMSs that were connected via a adapter to stop working consistently due to high resistance. I think Bambu added some code to make sure that you don’t go over the 700mm PTFE recommendation. I’m only speculating but when I rearranged my AMSs to reduce the length, I was back to a clean functioning system.
With all of that said, just make sure you try to minimize your PTFE tube length as best as possible with a non-bent entry into the FTS, and you should be good to go. Happy Printing!!!
Which stacker are you using? For the AMS and AMS 2 units, the attachment doesn’t change the physical footprint of the AMS, but you still need room for the guide tubes.
For the AMS HT, the attachment does make the footprint longer and wider. I had to develop a mod for the T-Pose AMS tray to accommodate it.

I am away for work this week, however I will be re-arranging my setup when I get home. New desk, mods to add to my printer etc, so I shall keep everyone informed. It’s interesting with the PTFE tubes. Mine would occasionally work and then some not. I am not sure why there ‘could’ be a limitation on length as people’s home and setups do vary. You would think that if the filament has a clean smooth run, then great. I appreciate that it most probably cant be too long, but even still, I don’t believe 1m run is too far out question. I mean, there would be roughly what.. at least 300mm for filament to flow from the extruder to the outside of a printer? So then you only to get 400mm of length from the back of the unit to your AMS? Not a lot of wiggle room really, especially if your filament flows upwards like mine.
Hi CarbonForge.. I appreciate the reply. Below is my stacker. You will see the 10mm lip on the rear of the stacker shelves. I have attempted to insert a gap into the bottom of the tube guides, but I am away for work and cant really test it until this weekend. Honestly not sure if it will work, as this is my first attempt at modifying a print
And being only a 6 month newbie at 3D printing, I have zero knowledge with Fusion or Blender, so calling me a novice is putting it nicely hahah ![]()
01.02.00.00 fixes all H2C problems I had and allows it to run the latest AMS firmware. This is the biggest leap in quality of life my H2C has seen yet.
