Today morning i received the same Email - after i varified that this isnt the case, i got an answer like this:

May I ask if you confirm that the metal gear and plastic gear are properly attached together? I recommend referring to the wiki to check.
If the metal gear is wobbling or loose, this could be due to the extruder gear. If not, I will again reach out to the R&D department and ask for further instructions.
