Having Trouble with Extruder Errors

On my latest print (on my A1 Combo with a 0.4 Hardened Steel Nozzle - same setup I use all the time) I keep getting Extruder errors every few layers (see images to see actual displayed error). It’s printing fine and then it parks the head on the left, waits a minute and then pulls the slot 4 AMS filament back out and throws the error. I’m printing with a simple Matte PLA (Eryone) which I use all the time without problems. I push the filament back in and restart the print and it continues for a layer or 2 more. Is there a way to look at the log file to see exactly what error it is detecting? What steps should I take to try to resolve this? Appreciate any guidance.

I have swapped nozzles and tried printing with the Bambu 0 4 Steel Nozzle but keep getting the same error.

It sounds like you may have a small piece of filament stuck in the extruder, which is blocking things.

If this doesn’t fix it, review the nozzle clog guide.

Hi, I don’t have an A1, but you might want to check the extruder gears, filament feed, filament sensor, or filament hub.

Maybe, this information gives you some ideas also.
