Help...AMS Internal Hub stuck

this is the second internal hub that has gotten stuck and will not reset itself. the wiki talks about using a magnet to hold the smaller magnets in place to reset it. Anyone have an idea about the size of the magnet to use to hold the smaller magnets in place once the internal hub is taken apart?
I’m on my second one already and not too pleased with the quality at this point.

Hi,

If understood correctly, you disassembled the hub and made the magnets jump?
The extra magnet magnetic field must pull and keep all four magnets in place. The minimum w x l size is the surface area of the hub occupied by the four magnets:

The thickness depends on the magnet’s strength, but you can always add more magnets to increase the magnetic field.

It is untypical to have so much debris within the internal hub that you must unassemble it. Since you got this issue twice, it may indicate some other problem. What filament are you using?
