Hexagon came out pretty Round

Hello together,
I have drawn something via fusion360, exported it as a .step file and printed it.

The hexagon drawings came out almost round. My question now is, is this a Pressure Advance thing or where would I have to screw around? Was it the .step file?
Everything else actually came out very nice, although the filament is already almost 1Jahe old.

Thanks for any help🙏

What size are the hexagons?

They are about 4mm inner diameter, so i think thats way too small and the printer was to fast😄

I was having similar issues and tensioned the belts and now it’s perfect

I want know did you guys solve the issue?

Hexagon does come circle. I even moved slider to “Silent” from “Normal” - they printed identically.

Seems to me, it’s the g-code coming from Bambu Studio. Any idea how to make it very Hexagon than round.

Is it really the belt issue? I find it strange because speed doesn’t make it looking any difference.

Is it acceleration, etc etc? Please help me. I know my old Creality printer does hexagon perfectly well on either PLA and TPU but it prints super slow in comparison to Bambu printer.

Edit: I even tried to decrease value for resolution tab. Comes to the same result.

I want to add something. I begin to realize, it is the feature. Bambu Studio will automatically improve “low resolution circle” into “circle” using arc fitting.

Have we tried turning off arc fitting and see if it makes hexagon actually hexagon? I want to test but my printer is still busy printing.
