But again, they will make sure to find the broken part and send you the correct replacement.

its not making anyore noised maybe like a bell type sound

also the filament still wants to act wrong

Just a heads-up if you’re working on the printer to have it turned off. Pulling and replacing plugs with it turned on can damage parts. @iChris did will to get you this far but I’d highly recommend waiting on your support ticket before ordering any parts as sometimes more than one part can be the cause.
