How do I get replacement AMS through warranty

I have below error on every ams slot, I took it a part and cant find anything wrong
At this point the ams is useless since i cant print with it and its only a month old.
Sometimes when i get this the screen flashes where i cant hit retry, I have ticket in but not getting any help.
ALl my ams lights are white also
