How many printing hours on your X1C?

Have you replaced any major parts taz?

Examples of normal maintenance parts:

  • Wipers
  • Cutters
  • Nozzles
  • Build plates
  • PTFE tubes

Examples of heavy maintenance parts/parts requiring extensive disassembly:

  • Servos
  • Belts
  • Extruder assembly/gears
  • Carbon rods
  • Bearings
  • Heat bed
  • PSU
  • Exhaust fan

Thanks for your contribution!

Over 2800 hours on my X1C, and the only work besides routine maintenance has been unclogging the nozzle two times, disassembling the hot end to pull out broken filament once and I replaced the extruder gears around 2500 hours, although Iā€™m not sure it was necessary. Still using the original 0.4 hardened nozzle but Iā€™m thinking about changing it just because Iā€™ve been sitting on a bunch of stockpiled parts that I have on hand and not needed. Truly an amazing machine.

2150 hrs on mine. Working good for the most part.
Not reading AMS is main issue

1200 hours on mine and the micro lidar failed. Out of warranty but filed a support ticket anyways. Super support from them and problem resolved! Thank you Bambu support!

Probably the first positive comment I have seen on BBL support. Good to hear!

Is there some kind a counter in the software that will show hours?

on the printer you go to the settings > general > device info

mine is clocking 2492 right now, and itā€™s been rock solid - recently had to change extruder gears, and iā€™ve been through a couple of nozzles, so just consumables issues

the only issue i actually had was at the very beginning, where the connector board for the AMS connection was glitchy, and support sent me a replacement, no issues since

Awesome, I appreciate it, thanks!

2342 Hours X1C
Running mostly PLA basic using 0.4mm hotend
Had to replace hotend after using PLA Sparkle. (plugged)
Other than standard maintenance (cleaning & greasing) no other problems to report

Iā€™ve done about 550hrs, just regular maintenance, hope it stays that way.

169 since August.
So far I mostly used PLA CF and Basic PLA.
Iā€™m still experimenting and Iā€™ve already bought PETG and ASA CF for my future projects.

5550 as of tonight mainly pla

Just keep printing

Requiescat In Pace, you poor and innocent mainboard fanā€¦ Youā€™ve did your duty faithfully until such time when your cruel owner sent you to (permanently) lay down 6 feet under the daisiesā€¦ What a lifeā€¦ what a fate.

405 hours. I ordered it 9/29/2024 (so less than 2 months). Mostly PLA with some PC and TPU. About half printed with each of 0.4 and 0.6mm nozzles.

Is there no z hop setting you can use to lift the head when travelling? You should also be ableto tell the slicer not to allow the head to pass over the part when travelling. ( travelling is when the head is moving without printing)

552 hours and printing right now

Thus, your info on printed hours is no longer accurate nor reliable, as youā€™re currently still printing

Bambu Lab X1C

nope it is counting :joy:

After a week of ownership Iā€™ve got 125 hrs of trouble-free printing.

Canā€™t wait for them to ship all the filament I ordered with the printer.
