How to create a support ticket and upload log files

If you’re experiencing printer issues, we recommend consulting the official Wiki for a solution. Our extensive Wiki contains detailed step by step guides that can assist in solving the problem.
The best place to start is the Bambu Lab Support Center where you can select your printer and find articles made specifically for your printer type.

If the problem persists and you’re unable to find an answer, we recommend creating a ticket and uploading print logs is advised. Our professional after-sales service team will analyze the issue and provide you with solutions and recommendations.

We strongly recommend to include as much information as possible, including pictures or videos that can show the problem you need assistance with, and the log files of the printer. This information can significantly speed up the resolution time and ensure we provide accurate suggestions to solve the problem.

This guide shows how you can open a ticket and upload the logs from the Customer Support page or Bambu Handy

We also have dedicated guides for P1 and A1 series available in the links below:

If you already opened a ticket, please follow this guide to upload the log files to it (if you haven’t done it already). It will greatly help our team in providing a faster and better solution.

If you have any questions about opening tickets or providing the information required, please let us know and we will assist.
