I am fairly new to Makerworld and am enjoying my experience so far. I have uploaded about 28 models so far and don’t seem to be gaining many followers. I have added a paragraph in the Models description requesting to follow already but it doesn’t seem to help. I see some users have hundreds of followers and only a couple of models uploaded. Is there a way to reach out to more people without begging? I can take critique, so if you think that my models are just not great let me know, I won’t be offended. Happy printing, Matt
It’s only been a few months since you posted your first model. Continue producing models and give it time.

Ohh, thanks for steering me there, I was searching myself before I posted and didn’t come up with anything. Lots of useful advice there.

Yeah I did think that this was the case, I’ll just keep grinding away haha. I actually wasn’t to concerned until I looked at the Commercial membership and found out that minimum 200 followers is required.

If you see a creator that has numbers under their account that don’t make sense, they’re probably cheating.

Yeah I was wondering about that, sometimes it just doesn’t seem possible that they have 1 or 2 basic models and 1k+ of followers.
