How to order as a company (EU). VAT exemption

Can you please specify where you can enter the VAT number before ordering? Are taxes automatically adjusted?

How do you contact support ? By official contact email ?

support@service.bambulab.com, or if you already placed an order you can open a ā€ticketā€ and explain the problem. Just set serial nr to ā€0ā€

I already send 1 email on Monday and a second on Tuesday. Also went to the support page and asked this question through a form. I did not get a respons up to this point.

I would like to order 10 P1Pā€™s. With the VAT amount on that order I easily can buy two additional machines! Paying the VAT for now and hoping they give it back to me afterwards would not make me a responsible business owner. And what about future orders? Do they expect me to jump to all these hoops each time?

I opened a support ticket and finally it worked out for me. My printer is already on its way to Vienna! :slight_smile:

What they did:

  1. cancelled my preorder
  2. added my tax somewhere in the account (I donā€™t see it, but it was on my invoice and when I addionally ordered the buld plate combo it was added without taxes!

It just took them 3 days to respond to my support ticket and another one to set it up in my accountā€¦

I opened a ticket for this, and after having managed to make it clear that I should have a VAT exemption by law, complete with a European VAT number registered with VIES, they managed to register me as a company, I displayed the price without the VAT, indeed, I was subsequently refunded the 22% VAT on my initial deposit, it was with 22% VAT included, for a total of 46.32 euros. (refund 8 euros and then I paid 1349 euros of the final balance installment.

They made me suffer a little but I am tenacious, I never give up and I have a very hard head and above all I donā€™t stick to agreements when I donā€™t like agreements. I have a character that when something isnā€™t right, thereā€™s no one who can stop me, I go all the way.

However, apart from the slowness and the problems of misunderstanding due to the language, they have always solved my problems, among other things also technical, yes, my printer as soon as it arrived did not work, there were problems with a temperature control cable of the heated bed, I had to disassemble half the printer but in the end everything was solved, except for a broken support.

As a ā€œpure bloodā€ Italian man I always try to win when I know Iā€™m right.

anybody else experiencing this issue?
When I add my vat number the site responds with ā€œVIES service is currently unavailable.ā€

I tried multiple formats, but nothing worked :frowning:

I was trying to do an order without taxes for more than a week with more than 5 support tickets and theyt always answer and create information incorrectly. Address incorrectly and i canā€™t change. or email incorrectly or changed when it was created the order to put taxes againā€¦ itā€™s a completely disaster.

if the customer support works like that iā€™ll be a nightmare to try to have some kind of assistance on a problem. if they canā€™t do properly an invoice to have a new orderā€¦

Hi, Can anyone help, Iā€™m a VAT reg company in the UK & wish to order a P1P printer, How do I get a VAT invoice if I was to order?
I have tried three different email address & had no response if anyone can help?

Iā€™ve been waiting for 14days, no answer to emails, tried to register on the store, same no answer. not even a confirmation email saying that they got the request! Honestly not sure if this is a good idea. This company seems to be overwhelmed with orders and support requests, and from what Iā€™ve read it is getting worse.

Similar to above posts. Trying to contact Bambu from the UK about setting them up as a supplier so we can order from them but no response as yet. Doesnā€™t fill us with confidence

Got a response today, not sure but I guess opening a ticket helped, that was 2d ago. Company registered and can order things VAT free now.

Is there still the possibility to enter the EU VAT number?
Not sure if itā€™s correct, but apparently you have to apply for a VAT exempt account, in order to get the VAT deduction. I applied for it a couple of days ago, but no response whatsoever. Not even a confirmation email that the request was received.

Hi all,
I am trying to purchase the X1 Carbon for ā€œmyā€ company. Since, in the online store for private customers, there isnā€™t any field to introduce the VAT number of the company, I acceded the ā€œB2B purchase orderā€ form instead of purchasing in the official store. But I havenā€™t received any order confirmation including the payment information.
At first I though that I introduced my e-mail address incorrectly, so I sent the order again. But this time I havenā€™t received confirmation either. So I suppose that these orders are processed fully by hand and no automatic confirmation is sent.
As some of you mentioned above, it seems that the company is saturatedā€¦
