Is the kickstarter shipping delayed?

I am number 204, I have heard nothing.

From what I saw #4 and #559 had theirs shipped. Looks like #559 got his reward already via UPS

Looks like the U.K. is yet again getting screwed.

It is possible they are doing it by territory despite that going against the first come, first served logic.

I have never been informed my PledgeBox submission was accepted or even received by BL.

I hate it when companies with a room full of developers can’t manage the solution in-house for things they are shipping to us.

They are happy to throw our information into the hands of others, zero known security.

I think they send pallets with the rewards to distribution hubs in each country, then split and ship them locally from there. It looks like France and some parts of the U.S. have already received their pallets.

I refer you to this.

And this.

There is some information about shipping status? Or somebbody have received their kit?

In the comment section of kickstarted, some poeple are saying they have gottent their reward.

I’m backer number under 40 and have to yet receive any shipping info, they said rewards will be shipped on a rolling first-come-first-serve basis but it seems to be totally random.

As usual, shipping questions or any other question on Kickstarter is being ignored…

From what I saw, I don’t think its random. I think they are doing it by region. Which is just sad

Bambu ships printers and filaments from Germany for EU orders, so I’d guess they would ship Cyberbrick from there if they had stock?

But so far it’s silent on my side

it’s silent everywhere, they have been no updates what so ever. I am hoping they have a new update via kickstarted today.

I received my shipment notice and tracking today, backer 471. I’m in the US, and it’s shipping direct from HK.

It has to get to Germany first.

Missing communications and so many slipped dates and lies over how they have listened and worked with those given review units.

I was surprised how many reviewers shared the same story of no news, no responses as I experienced. Some early reviewers (not me) had some period of sporadic communications asking for information from the reviewers only to go silent again straight away.

I wonder why I keep saying BL/MW/MS/CB are so bad at communications.

If they spent five minutes to share, people wouldn’t be so angry as they then KNOW something.

Knowing something stops guesses, it may not stop people being disappointed, but not for a lack of communication.

I had hoped I could have convinced them before I die, I do not think I will be successful.

It wouldn’t surprise me if the issues with shipping timing and/or notification aren’t related so a amalgamation of WHAT was selected as the Reward, WHAT they had in stock (mechanical parts are predictable, 3D printed parts might be a delay), WHERE the Reward was to be shipped (only a fool would believe that they could ship on a first bid/first shipped basis without considering palletizing, etc.), and finally, the circus of on again/off again Tariffs. Finally, there is the implicit promise of early pledgers getting early shipments, but that is a goal - everything else taken into consideration.

That’s my view on shipping. My view on ‘communication’ with their customers/supporters is that they would never please everyone. From my perspective, having done a few of these, I think they’ve been better than average.

If we can only keep the ‘Cheerleaders’, Zealots, and Impatient ones in check, this could actually go quite smoothly…

The latest CyberBrick Kickstarter has been given.

They say they are shipping them in batches of 2,000 at a time on a first come, first served basis.

They have said anyone not receiving their in order is because or your fault, never theirs. Due to failing to complete the third-party pledge box solution or nit paying.

They have not said they will inform anyone if any issues. Why would they, that is communication.

I filled in the stupid pledge box form, I have no idea if it was successful p, it didn’t say it was, but it doesn’t say it was. I have no way to confirm it though. Payment was taken, so that part worked.

I would ask @CyberBrick to proactively reach out to all those who haven’t correctly filled in the pledge box form or failed to complete the payment. They know who they are as they will not be shipping to them.

I would have loved to have received a confirmation email saying.

  • Pledge box completed
  • Payment taken

Again, it comes down to communication.

I’m backer 1326 and mine has not shipped yet. I did my survey right away. I don’t understand why mine wasn’t in the first 2000.

They have said anyone not receiving their in order is because or your fault, never theirs.

No, they didn’t. They instead listed some reasons that your order might
not be shipped yet that are things you can do something about. They also included

  • If any individual delivery issue arises (e.g., the courier cannot reach your area), we will reach out to you directly.

You need to calm down as I’m seeing you posting loads here like the fact you haven’t got your hands on cyberbricks yet and others have is some kind of personal attack.

You’ve complained about the UK “getting screwed again”, which is actually nonsense as my mate received his tracking today and I haven’t received mine yet, but we’re both in the UK. The difference? He got an earlybird pledge and I didn’t, so they’re working their way through backers in roughly pledge order.

Wind it in and calm down

I do enjoy it when those unaware of the whole story of what has happened decide to state their opinions as if they were facts.

The again being the key word here.

Again, you clearly have no idea of what has happened before, yet you decide your opinion is a good substitute for facts.

They announced they have released them in batches of 2,000, the early bird people account for very few of those.

This would mean anyone 2,000 and lower should have had theirs shipped.

Again, you miss important facts that make your opinion void.

They didn’t explain how they would or if they even will inform anyone that there is an issue the pledge is unaware of.

They know this information, but they are choosing not to help anyone with issues. The idea of using another third-party to capture this data is simply dumb.

See what I wrote, not what you think you read.

No, I do not.

You can read what you like, it would be good if you read what I say, though, rather than pretending you know what I wrote was different from WHAT I WROTE.

As you are new here on the forum, it might be worth reading more before sharing your opinions on other people’s facts.

You clearly haven’t performed any research, have no idea of context and decided you are special. Your opinions are not special.

Your ignorance is noted.

fight nice boys. They are trying to process 10,500+ orders. If they process 1 order per minute it is going to take them over a week to get them all done. cut them some slack. And if you what them to stop processing orders and respond to all the stupid inquiries, then I would guess it is going to take longer than a week to get the orders out. But then, what do I know. Actually nothing about what is going on at Bambu Labs.
