I saw that too in Kickstarter update #5 — they mentioned shipping was set to start around May 15th. But just to update you it looks like some shipments have been slightly delayed depending on region and order type.
However, a few backers have already reported getting tracking numbers, and Bambu Lab mentioned in a recent Discord post that they’re working through orders in batches. So shipping is happening, just rolling out gradually.
If you have not received a tracking number yet, do not worry — you are likely still in the queue. You can also check your order status on your Kickstarter account or Bambu Lab’s order tracking page if they sent you a survey confirmation.

Mine finally arrived.
Zero communication from BL/MW/CB/KS.
A random, almost spam-like message from UPS. The only reason I didn’t reject it was that it said it was from HK.
I clicked the link and then said no to cookies, and it told me I can’t have text updates either. A great start, and no way to change it.
I eventually found a way to track, and it stated between 10:50 am and 12:50 pm.
At 1:30 pm, it still hadn’t arrived, so I tracked it again to find out they changed it to before the end of the day.
Still no communication, apology or reason from BL or CB.
I haven’t inspected the packages yet to see if everything is there.

Truth bomb—international fulfillment can drag for months, no sugarcoating
They started selling Cyberbrick kits PUBLICLY with a promised delay of shipment of 48hrs today. Before my kickstarter even gets a tracking number.
@SupportAssistant this feels like a total betrayal
I’ve had this happen with a different KS as well. While yes, it’s unfair, you’re still getting these products at a significantly cheaper price. On the EU store it still looks to be out-of-stock.

That amount isn‘t worth weeks/months of waiting as a reward to back them. IMHO.
Eh, that’s just the nature of KS campaigns. As you see, even the “big boys” suffer from delivering on time. I’ve backed many campaigns where I had to wait +1 year from the proposed ship date.
Significantly yes compared to the current retail price. It’s still a 50-38% discount you’re getting.
Which storefront is this? In the US store they’re listed as being available on the 30th of June.

I just sent in a ticket to see what’s going on with mine. 
I’d be kind of frustrated if they came in stock on the store before I got mine. Especially since I’m such an early backer and have seen a number of other users get their units.
I heard there were delays with the orders that had time lapse kits. Okay, but I’ve been seeing people with those get their kits too. Their backer #s for all these people have mostly been further down the line from me too, so like… what gives?
Ah. 
This is why I don’t like Kickstarters. Even with something that should be a given, you end up waiting out in the rain, wondering what’s going on.
I guess it’s still better than a typical Peterson Games campaign. It took them 3 years to finally tell me I wont be getting all the things I pledged for.

I expect you’ll get yours today or this week. UPS for larger orders, some have also been getting delivered by the one used by aliexpress sellers.
I got the same thing from DHL, should arrive on Saturday - let’s see what it is

OK, it arrived without any shipping information, just an unknown message from DHL saying that a package was coming.

Backer 2743, Australia, CyberBrick parcel arrived Tue 10th June - and this was with the timelapse kit. Also via DHL. Everything was there.

Sometimes you get nothing.
But you didnt get my point i think … the problem is not the waiting. Or the delay.
The problems are (or would be):
- No communication - as always
- if its regulary in store before(!!!) the backers got their stuff

Backer # 1934, it was delivered by GOFO (a Chinese delivery company?) yesterday. No email notification from Bambu or KS, just a text message in the morning from GOFO with a tracking link. I googled GOFO before clicked on the link, too many text message spams/scams these days.
Now, where is my Cyberbrick T shirt?
