Is the new PETG Basic bad?

My only experience with Bambu Lab PETG is PETG Translucent, which I found quite good and it came perfectly dry, which isn’t always the case.

Anyway, all PETG filaments are, in general, prone to be troublesome, Currently I almost stopped to print this stuff. My last spool is that Bambu PETG translucent. As an alternative I suggest that you guys, try PCTG instead. Still a bit more expensive than PETG but also better in many aspects. Much less sensitive to moisture, therefore less stringing and oozing. You get cleaner prints and it’s also a bit more resilient to heat and stronger than PETG. Print settings are similar, only nozzle temperature is 10-15C higher than most brands of PETG (I use 260C ). I print it on a Frostbite plate at 70C bed temp. and adhesion is excellent. Maybe too much sometimes, Possibly 60C would be better.
