Latest Firmware (01.03.01.02) bed adhesion issue

Since updating firmware

Must be the CC3iD orange PLA🤔 I don’t understand why there such a difference for so many.

Is this issue also on P1S? The version os 01.06.01.02, but since this last update I’m having issues all the time, was not like that before.

I’ve seen mention of it here that people have issues on the P1S as well, like my mini, my P1S was unaffected. Printed ABS first time last night after updating, no glue, textured plates, no problem.

Had issues after updating firmware at A1.Downgraded two steps down, did full calibration, cleaned bed, reset bambu studio but still having issues with 0.2, 0.4 and 0.6 nozzles. Wha the h**l I’m doing wrong. All this happend like a snap of a finger.

Sounds like you have………………………… 3d printing DEMONS! They’re common around Halloween time!

is the problem solved with the aderance problem of update 0.2?

I have tried absolutely everything. Cleaned bed with many different cleaners, downgraded and updated and downgraded firmware again and again, tried different nozzles, different PLA reels, made factory reset three times and done calibration, still 100% failure of prints. When I use 0.4 nozzle, print fails immediately. Filament won’t stick at all. Only 5cm test print before actual print is fine.

I think that there is some sort of problem at the z-axis. Haven’t chanced any of the settings. When I bought the printer, took it out of box and started printing. All went really well and after the newest firmware update all hell brakes loose.

Which version did you rolled back to?

Same problem here on A1 Mini. Z offset or Bed adhesion problems.

After downgrade to the previous firmware (01.03.01.00) everything ok. Print on Smooth Plate.

Is everyone doing a complete calibration of the printer after firmware update?

A1Mini. No Problems here. Had done a complete calibration after the update.

I did some tests tonight.

I upgraded again to the new firmware on my A1 Mini with factory reset. My steps are:

Upgraded to the newest firmware → Power Cycle → Factory Reset → Calibration → Power Cycle → Print on Smooth Plate: I notice the same bed adhesion and some z offset issues.

Downgrade to the previous firmware → Power Cycle → Factory Reset → Calibration → Power Cycle → Print on smooth plate: No problems at all.

So there must be an issue on this new firmware ? Maybe it’s a problem with a specific charge of Bambu A1 Minis ? mhh I stay now at the previous firmware and watch if some hotfix are coming or not.

same on A1
update cause unstick parts downgrade on 01

I had the same issue on the P1S with firmware 01.06.01.02.

I didn’t calibrate after upgrading, and this seemed to be happening on 0.24mm layer heights. The print would go well for the first 30 layers or so, and then it would completely fail. It wasn’t a bed adhesion problem because the first few layers were in the same place they started.

I downgraded to 01.06.01.00, calibrated and the issue seems to have gone away.

Hi. Have A1 also. Bug firmware 01.03.01.02.
Revenir sur 01.03.01.00.
Problème de première couche, vraiment moche. Vérifications avant des axe et autre , hotend … …

Revenir anciennes versions… Cordialement

A1 mini user, (smooth plate, .2mm nozzle) had zero issues before this firmware update, since update have had nothing but issues. same as above with: poor adhesion, nozzle knocking print off bed, rolled back firmware, and even now having issues getting a successful print past about 16mm z height. I’m wondering if the update may have physically damaged or misaligned the print head, or otherwise altered something so it’s not keeping an accurate z height?
its better after the update, but still losing itself on z axis roughly 30 percent of prints, where before was successful 90ish percent,
when failing mid print now it seems to fail to adhere a layer to the one below, usually around the 16mm height, I’m thinking its off just enough that the compound error finally causes failure a few dozen layers up.

Same issue. Crazy adhesion issue and also the head would move to the centre and drop filament before homing. I downgraded and the issue is gone. I will not be updating the firmware at all now.

Yes, the previous firmware is fine.
