Pictures are Not a necessary. What is: a Text of more than Zero words. At least a sentence with a real cause.
At the Moment you get “Problem with Support:” or Things Like that. Nothing behind the “:”. VERY helpful with a 1-3 Star Rating.

@Lucyna_Kushinada the issue lays in the Maker not uploading printed evidence and then ticking the box that says they did. Dishonest? 1⭐️
You are missing the point. They are talking about ratings without photo and not print profiles without photo.
My mistake, I was in the middle of two feeds and got mixed up. Yes pics are good regardless of Maker or User for evidence still. If you are going to rate a failure a pic would be a great start. I’m seeing a rather lot of models released with the said box ticked with rendered images or no-effort plate preview pics, and its not uneducated people we’re dealing with, its basic dishonesty.
As I said, I print all the models that I design before I upload them, I’m not a professional either and I wrote it that way on my profile on makerworld, but I also want to improve and learn from my mistakes and I can’t without a description or picture See where the problem is, I sometimes sit at the computer for several hours to design a model, but I find it disrespectful if someone only gives it one star without writing anything.
check out this AI bot… i mean user… not a single picture and no reports have taken any profiles down, must also be an employee or a friend of bambu because it was specifically stated that you need to print your profiles / prove them before uploading. this must only apply to some users
I just got one today and they selected “other issues” but then didn’t add any description. I’ve asked for a explanation but if I don;t get one can I appeal it?
But it is not required to write a few sentences about the issue. And that is ■■■■.
I do that every time. Most are removed after when they have No reason other than the Stars and sentences
Thanks, its my first popular model with only 2 other ratings to so it sank my average.
still up there nothing removed
Is there some kind of glitch going on with the downloads/prints/search function? I was averaging enough points for a gift card redemption anywhere from 7-12 days over the last few months pretty regularly and since the beginning of the year it’s like everything just hit a wall and stopped aside from one spike for an old model for a Detroit Lions HueForge the day before their playoff game. I tried searching for my own designs using the exact few words of a new model title I released and it didn’t show up and what did wasn’t even close to what I searched for. I tried verifying if my downloads and prints were being counted by having friends print or download my new designs and they never showed up or got counted after I confirmed my friends had downloaded or printed my designs. I’ve released 5 new Valentine’s Day based designs to try to up my numbers over the last few weeks which is the most searched for thing recently and I’m getting less traffic as if I hadn’t posted anything new for months. Something is going on and I firmly don’t believe the downloads and prints are accurate right now. My numbers are drastically down from typical by over 66% out of no where for anything posted in 2025 and at this rate my 7-12 day timing per gift card redemption will take 30+ days which just doesn’t make sense.
Welcome to forums!
There are some algos and limits in place, making testing with friends not that reliable. I think the downloads are only counted for the first 5 item a person downloads in a day.
While I don’t think there are some “artificial” blocks on accounts growing, the change you see might have organic reason behind it, such as platform saturation… Or the recent security issues scared some people away from the ecosystem… However if you say you experience that from the start of 2025 instead of recent days, that’s less likely.
While I haven’t checked my numbers exactly, I myself experience a bit lower numbers and I’ve heard several complains to same effect from several more popular designers, however maybe it’s the season too? I don’t have a comparison from last year nor experience on other platforms to see whether it’s “normal” or “worrying”.
I’ve had quite a big dip compared to Christmas holidays but that totally makes sense - a lot of people print when they have free time - like the holidays.
Same, consistent downward trend since the start of the year. I’m sure there are a lot of Christmas gift printers starting to collect dust now. Here is my graph over last 30 days – curious to see others if anyone is willing to share.
Interesting idea to compare to last year, I hadn’t thought of that. My volumes weren’t quite as high then but still interesting to look at. Relatively flat over the same Jan 5-Feb 5 window in 2024.
And just for fun/comparison, here’s my timeline from 2024-01-05 to 2025-02-05:
I wouldn’t be surprised if visibility is being hurt quite a bit by the recent models section on individual maker’s pages being limited to 4 models. I’m willing to bet that 99.9% of people don’t click the small “view all” text to see everything a creator has made. @Tanklet I would highly suggest that this change is reverted to the way it was before.
I second this, about having the recent models show everything. The Pinned Models is great and I like it, but there’s definitely room underneath for Recent Models to show everything
