Same issue. They set up the paths very oddly. If you sign in as your normal account then you can see the membership and discounts. If you go through the B2B link then you are fundamentally in a different account.
They put me in the EU first and I finally got that corrected.
The response back from support is that they are “incompatible”. Well since they are different accounts and not synced it makes sense why you don’t see them together. The main difference between them is you pay shipping and tax but get a discount with membership, and you don’t pay tax or shipping with business. Membership comes out ahead and the more you’re buying the more that is weighted to membership. Membership with the discount 2 spools of ABS $55.19. B2B with 2 spools ABS $55.98.
If you’re having trouble with the B2B make sure you have the region selected. If you don’t see the B2B by your user name try other regions and see if it comes up.
