I use BambuLab ABS-HF Fillament (Bambu) for printing.
BambuLab Studio means, that I must activat “Klumpenbildungserkennung”.
I do it…
All other customizing is form profil: “0.20mm High Quality @BBL P2S”.
BambuLab starts printing and after few printed Layers the printing head goes fast in a position on the back board.
It’s a loudnes sound like a crash.
Thereafter the printing don’t forward at the same position.
Now I have an other printing profil. I’m printing slowy without cleaning tower.
The result is the same - forward printing on an other position.
Of the last print with this profil is attached the picture.
With PLA oder PETG I haven’t this problems with missmatch print.
It’s only with ABS.
It sounds like your print is warping up (which is very common on large ABS parts) and the print head is hitting it. This causes a step loss and shifts where the printer thinks the part is positioned.
Proper plate cleaning, chamber preheating, brims/mouse ears are all tools needed for printing ABS.
Here is a post with further tips and tricks for ABS
