Missmatch printing with ABS HF

It sounds like your print is warping up (which is very common on large ABS parts) and the print head is hitting it. This causes a step loss and shifts where the printer thinks the part is positioned.

Proper plate cleaning, chamber preheating, brims/mouse ears are all tools needed for printing ABS.

I print almost exclusively with ABS. Some parts pretty much max out the size capabilities of the bed. 12.5" part corner to corner. These size of parts are the most prone to warpage. [1740589252593] What works for me: Parts with high wall counts and/or thick top layers are most prone to warping. Avoid or model in relief cuts where possible.
