I just reached out to support but got totally disappointed. First, I asked if it is possible to test the printer to see whether results are desirable or not. I was told that is not possible. Then I asked if they can analyze my model to check if it is printable in acceptable details, again I got a “No” answer.

They answered your questions truthfully with “No that is not an option”. They did exactly what they are supposed to do you just didn’t like the answer.
