I got totally disappointed by the support.

Currently I am using a resin printer and I am thinking of moving to a FDM printer because of three reasons:

-First, resin prints are wearable and versatile and not suitable for mechanical parts
-Second, resin prints post curing is really a headache.
-Third, I need the parts to be printed in two colors.

I guess the only concern with moving to a FDM printers is about print details.

I just reached out to support but got totally disappointed. First, I asked if it is possible to test the printer to see whether results are desirable or not. I was told that is not possible. Then I asked if they can analyze my model to check if it is printable in acceptable details, again I got a “No” answer.

They left me with no choice but coming here and ask for other users info and experiences.
