Code straight out of Bambu Lab, version 2.8.2.61.
Please post your project 3mf file, I’d like to see what the nozzle change code looks like.
Also, is the print otherwise successful?

Yes print is 100% successful.
Unfortunately I can not publish the 3mf file of the project.
The design is from a client who does not want to share it.

I did some searching and this sounds like a known issue on the H2D.
There’s quite a bit of discussion here:
Bambu did post some alternate filament change G-code to address a similar but somewhat different pooping on the bed issue, you may want to try this:
Lastly, you can try disabling skip points in your prime tower settings.
