I have multiple printers all having the same issue. This is ridiculous that it hasnt been resolved for several hours.
I am afraid that most users on this forum are non-Bambu lab employees.
However, this may be of help (if using it during specified hours):
The current issue is that I can’t login to the BambuHandy app to rebind the printers to the account.
The app requires the 2FA and have sent multiple code requests and havent received a singe code. (when I had to log in again yesterday, I got the code no problem)
I would also say that 1-3 business day wait period for an issue to log in to actually use my stuff is an unacceptable delay, but thats just me… clearly Bambu doesn’t really have a way to prioritize tiny issues of this variety and deal with them quickly.
Sounds like an issue on YOUR end. Handy is working fine. Last time I had to ‘rebind’ I used the slicer and avoided the app. If you use the bambu slicer, try that.
I can confirm this - it would seem the 2FA validation service is having issues as I have not received the 2FA code via email on a secondary machine (primary machine has been active so has no need for 2FA challenge code and is still working fine, as is Handy app) and I normally get the code within 20 seconds the odd occasion when I do need to enter it… retries have had no effect.
